Description:
Insoluble sulfur is a new rubber vulcanizing agent. It forms IS-series oil - treated and non oil-treated products. It is used as the best vulcanizing agent for rubber. For it can overcome much ordinary sulfur's shortcomings, besides improve the quality of the rubber product. We are able to offer all types of superior insoluble sulfur, such as IS-HS8010, IS-HS7520, IS-HS7020, IS-HS6033; IS60, IS90 and so on.
Advantages:
A. The rubber doesn't spout frost during storage time. It can keep the uniform function of the rubber material. And it prevents the pollution to the rubber product and the models.
B. It has no moving phenomenon between rubber layers, and can protect the surfaces to form stickiness. C. Reduce coking during the mix smelting and storage time.
D. Shorten vulcanization time, reduce the consumption of sulfur and improve the rubber products anti-oxidize property.
Use: Best sulfur vulcanizer. No frosting and burnt rubber. Improves binding of rubber-rubber and rubber-steel or chemical fibre without contaminating mold. Widely used in natural and synthetic rubber in manufacturing tire, rubber tube, rubber belt, rubber shoes, rubber roller, cable, seal, latex products and light color rubber products.
